There is no need for heavy or bulky tools. Thus, assistance from the manufacturer in replacing the sleeve is eliminated. Simple and fast, it ensures complete autonomy of the plant. The fact that spare parts are already certified, rather than being packed in the factory, means significant cost savings over many years.

Arflu SWRO cork valves can be manufactured with a low-pressure flange for direct connection to a CIP pipe (plastic/fiberglass). The low-pressure flange can be made according to customer requirements (e.g., PN10, ANSI 150, and others). This solution provides significant cost savings in non-dismantling cleaning systems.

The top-entry design allows for full servicing through the top cover. The valve does not need to be removed from the pipeline. That's why SWRO check valves are often required with welded ends.

ARFLU cork valves (Qch and traditional system) have NO LEAKAGE according to API598.

The design of the tap is guided, allowing precise alignment of the tap to avoid any deviations. It ensures uniform contact between the tap and the PTFE sleeve, reducing friction, minimizing torque, and increasing the service life of the sleeve.
